Glass Art Installation, Primrose Hill Private Residence, London
for karen van creveld

Our interest in the interaction of light and coloured glass and the impact this has on the ambience of an interior space was explored in this contemporary residence. Large bespoke decorative glass panels were integrated into the interior architecture. This was an innovative interpretation of traditional stained glass windows, and a successful method of introducing variable colour within the space. The beauty of the scheme lies in the ever-changing shifts in intensity and saturation, depending on the daylight conditions filtering through the coloured panels, or the dimming levels of the artificial lighting.
